Appeal of Roger Barcus, St Paul Apostolic Church, to a Fire Safety Inspection Appointment at 219 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  December 14, 2021 between 2 pm and 4 pm via teleconference

Purpose of Appeal:  Renters damaged the house inside and out.  Judge ruled in our favor to evict on Sept 29 62 HG CV 21347. They had until Oct 20 to leave but didn't so police did twice but they came back again so house boarded up Nov 5 cleaned out by Junk King Nov 8th so estimates for damage received as you can see, we just got started and need time.  Thank you

WHEREAS, in the matter of Roger Barcus, St Paul Apostolic Church, to a Fire Safety Inspection Appointment at 219 Lexington Parkway North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 7, 2022 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
