The appellant, Steve Linn, applied for a variance of the requirement that dynamic displays be monochromatic in order to install a full-color dynamic display sign at this property. A public hearing was held on November 15, 2021. Staff recommended denial of the variance request. At the public hearing and after hearing testimony, the BZA denied the variance request. See the attached resolution.
