Approving Ordinance Permit 20210011005 for sanitary sewer infrastructure installed by Pulte Model Homes.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Department of Public Works may grant authority and permission for construction of streets and sewers via an Ordinance Permit as per Legislative Code Chapter 122 and 123; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Homes is the owner of Lot 2 Block 14 of the Highland Bridge Development; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to construct sanitary sewer to the properties on Lot 2 Block 14; and
WHEREAS, on May 5, 2021 Pulte Homes submitted appropriate Plans, Specifications, Reports, and Documents to the City for review; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Department of Public Works reviewed said Plans, Specifications, Reports, and Documents and determined them to be in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and policies; and
WHEREAS, on May 14, 2021 Ordinance Permit 20210011005 was issued by the City of Saint Paul to Pulte Homes for the purpose of completing the sanitary sewer improvements; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Homes has completed their infrastructure installation for the sanitary sewer improvements and satisfied applicable requirements of their Ordinance Permit with the exception of warranty work that may occur at a later date; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the City Council accepts the infrastructure as so defined in the attached Exhibit A and that the warranty period and associated maintenance obligations shall begin upon City acceptance.
