Authorizing the City to enter into a Work Order Contract with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the State’s Trunk Highway 5 Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has a project on Trunk Highway 5 (Minnehaha Avenue) that includes replacement of traffic signal systems; and
WHEREAS, the City plans to provide design services for these traffic signal systems; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT has agreed to pay for the design services performed by the City as outlined in the contract; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Contract Number 1028167 W11 with the State of Minnesota, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
