Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1143 CHURCHILL STREET in Council File RLH SAO 21-70.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-70 on October 27, 2021 which granted an extension to October 28, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1143 Churchill Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 2, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
