Amending Council File RLH FCO 21-71, adopted June 23, 2021, to grant Steve Basco an additional extension for property at 821 CONWAY STREET.

WHEREAS, on June 23, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 21-71, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice for property at 821 Conway Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant to October 1, 2021 for compliance with items 1, 6 & 7 related to front room sleeping egress & basement fire separation and grant to July 1, 2021 for the balance of the orders (items 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 & 11); and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the owner is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the basement fire separation issues; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on October 12, 2021 under File #SR 21-165 to review the request and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension to December 1, 2021; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to December 1, 2021.
