Body

WHEREAS on September 15, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-79 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti services during April 15 to May 11, 2021. (File No. J2108P, Assessment No. 218410); and

WHEREAS, the property at 810 Atlantic Street, being described as: Auditor’s Subdivision No. 37 St. Paul, Minn. Ex S 50 Ft Lots 1 and Lot 2 Blk 2, with the property identification number 28-29-22-44-0022 was assessed an amount of $237.46; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner is Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) owned property, which is separately billed; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $237.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 21-79 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
