Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, October 5, 2021, teleconference between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  My former management company did not make the required repairs.  I am now personally making sure all the repairs are done and then going to list the property for sale.  Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Matt Hursh to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1162 Earl Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to December 9, 2021 to get Fire C of O reinstated and Vacant Building Registration appeal granted; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
