RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to the Schwebel Goetz & Sieben Trust Account, the total sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($200,000.00) in full and final settlement of any and all claims, damages, and attorneys’ fees alleged by or on behalf of Raina St. Clair Williams arising from the incident occurring on April 15, 2020.
