Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County related to reconstruction of Cleveland Avenue from Como Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue.
Body
WHEREAS, Ramsey County desires to reconstruct Cleveland Avenue from Como Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue, a portion of which falls within the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the proposed reconstruction requires cost participation from the City in accordance with the Ramsey County Cost Participation Policy; and
WHEREAS, the agreement outlines cost participation as well as ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the project; and
WHEREAS, the City’s share of the estimated cost of the project is included in the 2020 Capital Improvement Budget; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County, a copy of which is before the Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
