RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Delores Franco and her attorney, Ma Manee Moua, Moua Law Office PA, the total sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($30,000.00) in full and final settlement in the unfiled Ramsey County District Court case of Delores Franco v. Todd Frances Rassett and City of St. Paul, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from a multi-vehicle accident.
