WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-38 on May 26, 2021 which granted an extension to May 27, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions at 855 Third Street East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 8, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming, pending June 8 Legislative Hearing; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter is resolved is forthcoming.
