WHEREAS, Randolph Craft LLC, d/b/a A Side Public House (License ID # 20210000331), located at 754 Randolph Avenue, has applied for Class N licenses for Liquor On Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor On sale - Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Growler) licenses; and

WHEREAS, objections to the requested licenses were received within the notification period of March 23, 2021 to May 7, 2021, and a hearing was held on May 17, 2021; and

WHEREAS, after conducting the hearing and considering the testimony and evidence, the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the application for Liquor On Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor On sale - Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Growler) licenses, for Randolph Craft LLC, d/b/a A Side Public House (License ID # 20210000331), 754 Randolph Avenue, be approved with the following conditions:

CONDITIONS #1 - 2 PER ZONING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) #2018-098346
1. Approval of a parking variance and/or a shared parking agreement to address the parking requirements for Phase 2 of the development, a second floor banquet hall, prior to Phase 2.
2. The business may operate only during the following hours: Monday - Thursday
