WHEREAS, B & A Tursso Inc. d/b/a All Tech Automotive (License ID #20210000513) applied for an Auto Repair Garage license for the premises located at 1581 White Bear Avenue North in Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the Greater East Side Community Council on April 8, 2021 supporting the application; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Auto Repair Garage license is hereby approved and issued to B & A Tursso Inc. d/b/a All Tech Automotive (License ID #20210000513) for the premises located at 1581 White Bear Avenue North in Saint Paul.
