WHEREAS, on February 17, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 20-73, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Property Clean Up during January 16 to 31, 2020. (File No. J2016A, Assessment No. 208524); and
WHEREAS, the property at 382 Pierce Street, being described as: Milham Park, Ramsey Co., Minn. Lots 18 and Lot 19 Blk 3, with the property identification number 33-29-23-41-0107 was assessed an amount of $478; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council ratified the assessment and payable in one installment: and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on March 16, 2021 under File No. SR 21-45 to review its appeal of this matter as there was a scheduling error and the item did not get referred back to Legislative Hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the City Council continue the matter to September 15, 2021 Public Hearing and if there is no same or similar violation(s), the assessment will be reduced from $478 to $239; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that matter is hereby laid over to September 15, 2021 pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby ratified and reduced from $478 to $239.
