WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Bonnie Hammer to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 419 MICHIGAN, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 7.25-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the second floor north bedroom, and grant the appeal on the plumbing fixture on the condition that the sewer line is capped in the basement where the water supply comes in; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
