Amending the spending and financing plans for the 2008 Signal Installation Program to reflect additional financing for the Arlington - Jackson Traffic Signal Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with the Ramsey County for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Jackson Street, and
WHEREAS, this signal project was constructed under the 2008 Signal Installation Program, and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County cost share for the agreement is $94,437.50 with the remaining cost of the project being funded with Municipal State Aid under the 2008 Signal Installation Program, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $94,437.50, is available for appropriation in the 2008 Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, and that it be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets, in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
