Amending Council File RLH AR 11-16 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from January 18 to February 9, 2011 at 1696 GRAND AVENUE.  (File No. J1110P, Assessment No. 118052)

Body

WHEREAS on May 18, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 11-16, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from January 18 to February 9, 2011 at 1696 Grand Avenue.  (File No. J1110P, Assessment No. 118052); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1696 Grand Avenue, being described as: Elmer Morrisonsrearrangeme Lot 4 Blk 5, with the property identifification number 04-28-23-42-0054 was assessed an amount of $175.46; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as there was a graffiti waiver on file; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $175.46, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.  Council File No. RLH AR 11-16  is hereby amended to reflect this change.
