1st Floor North 21h X 25w, glazed 7.2 sq. ft.
1st Floor South 21h X 25w, glazed 7.2 sq. ft.
 
A tenant would like to move into the property August 5th.  Would it be possible to have an answer on the windows by then?

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of 33rd Company, on behalf of Carleen Andert, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1410 JULIET AVENUE,
the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the first floor north and south bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
