Inspector to verify the measurement and occupancy load of the bar space to determine the appropriate door locks that will be required.
Appeal denied on kitchens screen door. All doors must swing in the direction of travel outward.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of the appeal of Cheri Kappas to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 241 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the panic release hardware with signage, grant the hood based on signage, and deny the door swing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
