WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Russell Senn to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 231 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a .5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the first floor bedroom, deny the egress window in the third floor bedroom measuring 11.5 inches high by 25 inches wide, and grant an extension for 90 days to come into compliance. Appellant was granted until May 17, 2011 for a re-inspection on the remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
