WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Jenny Chin to a Condemnation (Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection) at 289 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension of the vacate date to Monday, May 9, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. on the condition the Appellants decrease the volume of materials and remove everything from the hallway into the apartment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
