Legislative Hearing Resolution
WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Mary Hooper to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1952 ORANGE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the furnace, grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom window, and grant an extension to August 1, 2011 to do exterior painting and repair the steps; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
