Legislative Hearing Resolution
WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Zoua Lo to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1800 WILSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant an extension to July 1, 2011 to repair the foundation for the porch and sidewalk and 2) grant an 8 inch variance on the height of the egress window opening; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
