WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Guillermo Segui to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1368 MARGARET STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a variance on the main floor southeast bedroom on condition that house sale documents must reveal that it is not to be used as a sleeping room. Grant 90 days to install lighting by the garage for parking, and grant until April 5, 2011 for the inspector to provide accurate details on the measurements of the upper floor ceiling area. Also, the dryer vent permit must be finaled.
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
