RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Saint Paul College for the use of the auditorium for the firefighter graduation; which includes an idemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
