Deleting the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees services in October 2010 at 480 LAWSON AVENUE WEST. (RE Project No. VB1103, Assessment No. 118004)

WHEREAS on February 16, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-331, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of Vacant Building services in October 2010 (File No. VB1103, Assessment No. 118004); and
WHEREAS, the property at 480 Lawson Avenue West, being described as: Neuru And Wallraffsaddition T Lot 16 Blk 1, with the property identifification number 25-29-23-24-0136 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,235, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-331 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
