Summary
On February 16, 2007, the licensee was convicted of Felony Theft/Public Assistance in violation of Minn Stat. Section 256.98. Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 376.16 (e) (4) (a) states "The licensee shall not be under sentence or have been discharged from sentence for any felony conviction within five (5) year immediately preceding application for a license.."
