WHEREAS on March 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-81, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees (Re-Invoiced) November 2010. (File No. CRT1103, Assessment No. 118012); and
WHEREAS, the property at 40 Magnolia Avenue West, being described as: J F Eisenmengersaddition T Part Of Magnolia Ave As Vac In Doc #567194 Accruing & Lot 2 Blk 1, with the property identifification number 30-29-22-23-0002 was assessed an amount of $335.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as payment was made in full on October 1, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $335.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-81 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
