Purpose of Appeal
I hired a contractor to replace my existing wood windows w/vinyl replacements of identical size. Bldg inspr won't approve. Contractor out of business. These are above-grade bedrooms, not basement. Attached are bldg permit, contract, non-compliance determination, photos before & after.
