LH Notes: I got a message from the appellant on 2/14/11 (651-592-5878 cell). In it he indicated that he had a hearing in January. He also said he had a follow-up inspection with James Thomas on 2/14 at which time he expained that everything was done, except the furnace replacement, and this was due to a lack of financing. He said James Thomas had referred him to me. I have not returned the call because of the appeal.
