RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Cosetta Morris and her attorneys, Robert Bennett, Andrew J. Noel, and Jeffery S. Storms, the total sum of two hundred and seventy thousand dollars and no cents ($270,000.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 09-CV-1060 (ADM/AJB) for all claims for damages regarding the March 15, 2009 incident at 485 Minnehaha Avenue East, Apartment 4, St. Paul, Minnesota 55106.
