Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing 1 replacement window that will not comply w/egress requirements. An appeal has already been approved for this property; proposing a casement window replacement. However, we are unable to make the window proposed. The existing operation is double hung and this appeal is to gain approval of that style. Given sizes, please approve.
