WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-66 on February 28, 2024 which granted to March 25, 2024 to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 621 Bidwell Street ; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 9, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated not entirely abated at this hearing, but were reasonably close to completion and should be revisited April 23, 2024, prior to the Council Public Hearing; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming.
