WHEREAS, Paikka LLC d/b/a Paikka (License ID #20150002513) applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale-181-290 seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment (B) license on February 5, 2024, for the premises 550 Vandalia Street, Suite 165, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on April 2, 2024, with a response date of April 17, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Liquor On Sale-181-290 seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment (B) license is hereby approved and issued to Paikka LLC d/b/a Paikka (License ID #20150002513) for the premises located at 550 Vandalia Street, Suite 165, in Saint Paul with no existing license conditions.
