Approving the revised Memorandum of Agreement between the City and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association for additional Public Works and Saint Paul Regional Services classifications to be eligible for preferred license premium pay.

Whereas, the last Labor Agreement and Memorandums of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association, which was approved by Saint Paul City Council on July 26, 2023, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association reached a tentative agreement on a revised Memorandum of Agreement that, once approved, will be effective the pay period following adoption of this resolution; now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached revised Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association.
