WHEREAS, Compass45 Hospitality LLC d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott (License ID# 20230000956) applied for the Liquor Outdoor Service (Patio) and Gambling Location License to the existing Liquor on Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor on Sale-Sunday licenses for the premises located at 150 Smith Avenue North., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on February 29, 2024, with a response date of March 15, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it; and
RESOLVED, the addition of the Liquor Outdoor Service and Gambling Location License to the existing Liquor on Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor on Sale-Sunday licenses are hereby approved and issued to Compass45 Hospitality LLC d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott (License ID# 20230000956), for the premises located at 150 Smith Avenue North, in Saint Paul, with no existing license conditions:
