Authorizing the Police Department to reallocate the 2024 Special Fund Budget for the Department of Justice 2020 Comprehensive Opioid & Stimulant Program (COSSAP) in the amount of $15,000.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department (SPPD) has been authorized to amend the 2024 COSSAP budget to more accurately reflect actual expenses; and
WHEREAS, Funds will be shifted from Personnel to Subawards; and
WHEREAS, the 2024 General and Activity budget spending plans need to be amended; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $15,000 in the Police Department Special Fund; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $15,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Police Department Special Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
