WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-49 on October 11, 2023 which granted 90 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1941 University Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 16, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated and if no certificate of code compliance is issued, public hearing continued to March 20, 2024 and require an additional $5,000 performance deposit; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved stays action on its findings, pending recommendation of the legislative hearing officer.
