WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-28 on July 26, 2023 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1043 Beech Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 16 and February 13, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these were not abated, but recommends 1) continuing the $5,000 performance deposit as the project is more than 50% complete and 2) grant an additional 90 days for the completion of the rehabilitation as approved updated plan was submitted; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is stayed on its finding pending accepts and adopts the findings and recommendation of the legislative hearing officer.
