Body

WHEREAS on May 24, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 23-30, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2022. (File No. CG2301A1, Assessment No. 230105); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1740 Iglehart Avenue, being described as: Quinby Park Lot 3 Blk 11, with the property identification number 33-29-23-43-0063 was assessed an amount of $68.18; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommends deleting the fee because property owner has provided proof of payment for garbage bills dating back to 2019 with no missed payments; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $68.18, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 23-30 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
