Approving the addition of an Entertainment (B) and Liquor -Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license to the existing Liquor Micro Distillery Cocktail Room and Liquor-Off Sale Micro Distillery licenses held by a 11 Wells Spirit Company, LLC d/b/a 11 Wells (License ID 20150001939) for the premises located at 704 Minnehaha Avenue East.

WHEREAS, 11 Wells Spirit Company, LLC d/b/a 11 Wells (License ID 20150001939) applied for an Entertainment (B) and Liquor -Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license to add to their existing Liquor Micro Distillery Cocktail Room and Liquor-Off Sale Micro Distillery licenses for the premises located at 704 Minnehaha Avenue East in Saint Paul.
WHEREAS, on September 14, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 14, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Entertainment (B) and a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license are hereby approved and issued to 11 Wells Spirit Company, LLC d/b/a 11 Wells (License ID 20150001939) for the premises located at 704 Minnehaha Avenue East in Saint Paul:
