Title

Approving the final plat for The Heights.

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Port Authority, in File No. 23-077-705, has submitted for City Council approval the attached final plat for subdivision of property at The Heights, a 112-acre site at 2200 Larpenteur Ave E., the southwest corner of Larpenteur Avenue and McKnight Road, formerly known as Hillcrest Golf Course; and

 

WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council, having held a duly noticed public hearing, approved a preliminary plat for The Heights on June 21, 2023;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat for The Heights (formerly known as the Hillcrest Golf Course), subject to the following conditions:

 

1.                     The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the Final Plat with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.
