WHEREAS, RES 23-871 amended RES 23-33 to authorize bridges as a use of revenues from the proposed Local Option Sales Tax as required by 2023 Laws Chapter 64, Article 10, Section 3; and
WHEREAS, RES 23-871 states “33 City-owned bridges are identified as structurally deficient or functionally obsolete” and needs to be amended to instead state “33 bridges within the City are identified as structurally deficient or functionally obsolete” to correct a drafting error; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Saint Paul City Council amends Resolution 23-871 to state that 33 bridges within the City are identified as structurally deficient or functionally obsolete.
