Approving the Mayor’s reappointments of Marj Ebensteiner, Thomas Eckstein, Dawn Selle, Imogene Treichel, and Ron Weisman to a two-year term on the Advisory Committee on Aging.

WHEREAS, Council Resolution 89-2297 establishes the Advisory Committee on Aging and Article V, Section 2 of the bylaws of the Advisory Committee on Aging state that the committee shall consist of fifteen (15) members appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Saint Paul City Council; and
WHEREAS, there are vacancies on the Advisory Committee on Aging; and
WHEREAS, members of the Advisory Committee on Aging reviewed applications and conducted interviews of interested applicants; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee on Aging staff recommend of Marj Ebensteiner, Thomas Eckstein, Dawn Selle, Imogene Treichel, and Ron Weisman for reappointment as committee members; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to reappoint of Marj Ebensteiner, Thomas Eckstein, Dawn Selle, Imogene Treichel, and Ron Weisman to the Advisory Committee on Aging for a two-year term; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to the appointment of Marj Ebensteiner, Thomas Eckstein, Dawn Selle, Imogene Treichel, and Ron Weisman to two-year terms ending July 31, 2025, as members of the Advisory Committee on Aging.
