Amending the 2023 spending budget within the Department of Public Works Administration Fund Dale Street Campus Mtce Accounting unit.

WHEREAS, the Public Works Dale Street Campus Mtce Accounting Unit has determined the need to complete a re-assessment of Public Works Facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Dale Street Campus Mtce Accounting Unit has sufficient Salary/Fringe Savings due to retirement/replacement delay; and
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and on the request of the Director of Public Works to amend the 2023 Adopted spending budget in the Dale Street Campus Mtce Accounting Unit, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the particulars as indicated in the attached financial analysis.
