Purpose of Appeal: Under the rules of having a boulevard planter/garden, there are not outlines as to how to contain it, whether it be plastic, metal, wood, stone, fencing, etc. If anything, our nuisance planter boxes help our vegetables/garden appealing and manageable.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Nicole Mayefske to a Summary Abatement Order at 845 Howell Street North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until November 1, 2023 for compliance by removal or permission from Public Works; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
