Second Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 975 HUDSON ROAD in Council File RLH RR 22-60.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 22-60 on November 16, 2022 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 975 Hudson Road; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 23, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated as but to continue public hearing to July 12, 2023 as no Certificate of Code Compliance has been issued  forthcoming, pending June 13 27, 2023 Legislative Hearing; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter is resolved forthcoming.
