Administrative Order, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Chief of Police, to amend the 2023 special fund budget for the reallocation of funds to move SWAT locker room to their new location for easier access to their equipment, also consolidating the CIU and Homicide/Violent units to floor 2 for closer access to each other’s services and to authorize the Director of Financial Services to amend the budget in the following manner, specified in the financial analysis.
