WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the collection of recyclable materials from residential properties and municipal facilities in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, Eureka Recycling responded to that RFP with a proposal; and
WHEREAS, the City and Eureka have agreed to contract terms and pricing; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the execution of a contract between the City of Saint Paul and Neighborhood Recycling Corp. d/b/a Eureka Recycling to provide recyclables collection services and authorizes the proper City officials to execute an agreement with Neighborhood Recycling Corp. d/b/a Eureka Recycling, which shall be signed by Eureka Recycling no later than April 30, 2023.
